Should be an easy find. The hint is in the cache name. Ok, this is no longer the case after recent renovations at this rest stop. So, the Red Light is gone, but this is a still a pretty easy one to find.

This cache needed to be placed! After stopping here in July and then again in February (purely by coincidence!) axxed decided to hide a quick little cache.
