The North West
Cachers Monthy meet returns to Blackrod for only the second time
and for the first time in nearly three years. If you have
never been to an event before and always wondered it please
come along. You will get a a warm welcome. If you don't know anyone
just come and find the bloke in the Bolton Wanderers top and come
and say hello! This is my local the Ridgway arms. The Ridgway is
next to one of these 
so you can have what some might
consider a "proper drink" if you wish.

When I look back at my "fascinating
facts about Blackrod" that I have put on my previous event pages I
see that little has changed. The pub still gets its name from
the
Ridgway Brothers and as I was in 2008 I am still
The Only one in The Village
