Yet another cache in dedication to our civil servants. This one is for our Colorado Department of Transportation who are maintaining our roads and highways like plowing snow when we are all asleep so our commutes are stress-free on the way to work.
This location is one of their drop points for salt/sand mixture to use in the area. There is lots of room for their piles as well as a place to park to look for this cache.
There will be no need to get close to the cliff, just look at the terrain rating. Keep a heads-up though because you can and will be seen by both East- and West-bound drivers; therefore stealth will be required.
The cache is large enough for a logbook and a pencil.
