This Cache is in Stone Mountain Park. A daily parking fee is required though you can walk or bicycle into the park for free.
I placed this whilst out doing other Caches in the area and noticed the park could use one here too!

The door panel is on the side with the logo.
There is a swivel lock on it.
A small tug on the bottom should open it easily.
