Normally a cache involving a loo would be a huge no no. Not this one though. All will be revealed when you get there. Consult a map, or your GPS. You can drive to the cache - 2wd even! No need to walk across paddocks. Plenty of sticks to clear the cobwebs....
A small place, clearly long gone now. All that remains is a forgotten memorial. Once, as can be seen in the background picture for the cache page it even had it's own post mark. Now though, even the national archive doesn't have a photo of the place. You are at Hospital Creek's school hall site. Who knows? Maybe the structure at the site was made from some of the original's material, maybe not. Either way, it's a pleasant spot and someone took the time to construct the memorial, though now 26 years on it's clearly no longer remembered by many. The cache is a magentic key container - that's as much of a hint as you get! Enjoy East Gippsland. DJ
