Nano cache located on a cycle route between Alnmouth and Warkworth. Initials and date only please and don't forget your own pen/pencil. Please make sure you hide the cache behind foliage as the new one sticks out like a sore thumb!!!
Be careful with geokids and geohounds, the road behind the cycle track is a busy one.
There is hard standing for one car very close to the cache.
From here you will be able to see one of Elizabeth Bowes Lyon (The Queen Mother)'s favourite views. Rumour has it she used to stop her train on the way up to Scotland to pause and admire the pretty coloured houses in Alnmouth. Today it's more likely to be known as "Balamory".
Before getting back into your car you might like to look in the opposite direction where you will see a mini Statue of Liberty overlooking the railway.
