You're looking for a container related to the hiding spot. You'll know what I mean when you see the location. This cache is log only so bring something to write with.
Take care when opening the container as the log is inside the back cover, in the only place that can be opened. To open lay the container face down in your palm, use your thumb to gently press down and slide forward. Lift off the back cover to find the log. Completely close back cover once finished. See pictures if needed.
Original cache was taken and as I really didn't have time or the means to fabricate a nice one, I replaced it with a nano. The pictures show what it used to be.
