Geocache Description:

A cache hidden at Sir Edward Youde Memorial Pavilion, in memorial of the late governor, near Luk Keng.

For more information on this governor see the WikiPedia link.
This pavilion is about 45 minutes walk up from Luk Keng, a small village at Starling Inlet. From here you have a great view over Luk Keng, it's abandoned farmland and fish ponds, Starling Inlet, and Sha Tau Kok. The path is well marked, though partly in serious disrepair. A beautiful area, very quiet, one of the more remote areas of Hong Kong. So remote it's not even popular with hikers.
You can get to Luk Keng by minibus 56K which runs every 30 minutes from Fanling station (Sundays and holidays there may be extra departures).

FTF prize: a $1 discount coupon for a pineapple bun in Saint Honore bakery! You have to hurry as it expires on 31 May. Enjoy :)
