Skyecat: It appears that this cache had been muggled again. Checked on it today and it is not where it should be, nor any other logical spot so either someone has dropped it and not put it back or it has been taken. I was going to replace it but have decided to archive it since I think someone might be taking it deliberatly, possibly GO transit security as a few people have reported running into them, even though I have never had the pleasure of chatting with them.
