The Cache is NOT at the listed coordinates.
The listed coordinates will take you to a place on 82nd Avenue where you can see the Big Shoe. I have over 50 pairs of shoes (including flip flops) so when i see a Big Shoe, I take notice.
The cache is hidden pretty well I think, and you may even be able to see the hiding spot from the Big Shoe, if you look in the right direction...maybe.
