Geocache Description:

From Cha Cha Cha Changes to Changed!

I was creating the bookmark list for The Mayor of Niles Challenge and saw that Wheels00's cache at this location had been archived so I decided to claim the spot.

Wheels00's original cache at this location, Cha Cha Cha Changes, was an unremarkable hide but my daughters and one of their friends and I had a remarkable adventure the day we found it. It was the day after the big snow storm in 2010 and the kids had a snow day. I'd canceled plans to visit Beverly with a cacher visiting from Australia, TheChops, not wanting to make the forest trek in hip-deep snow with three kids ages 10 and under. I still wanted to get some caching in, though, so the girls and I decided to do some "park-n-grabs". We managed to up the terrain rating here by trudging through the unplowed parking lot to claim the smiley. We're probably some of the few finders for whom this was a most memorable cache!
