Radical Ed: It sounds like the neighbors have a problem with this cache. Given where it is located, I'm going to archive it for now. It can be unarchived if you can email me proof of your permission to hide a cache in someone's shrubbery. It is also a very good idea to talk to the neighbors and get their acceptance, or we're just giving geocaching a bad name.
