Geocache Description:

Top of a quarry in Gunpowder State Park.

It's in Gunpowder State Park at the top of an old quarry that had been used as a dump (but definitely cleaned up before it became part of the park). It can be approached from either the east or west (or from the north if you want to come up the cliff face (not recommended)). It's a small green transparent pencil case.
