This one
is a nice big 50cal ammo can hidden in the typical Nevada
fashion.
Ok, so I
placed this cache as penance for another cache I placed recently.
Normally I love placing and finding ammo cans, but during a hike I
came upon a great spot for a cache, and all I had on me was a
preform. Yep I'm that guy, the guy that places micro's out in the
desert. But it was such a cool spot that it needed a cache, even if
it was a micro. I felt bad for placing such a small cache so far
out, so I figured I had to balance the universe and place a big ol'
ammo can full of swag. You can drive or hike in, either way is a
little long, but not horrible terrain. Great views of the Truckee
Meadows and some nearby canyons. Hope you enjoy it!
