Just Missed A Bullseye Mystery Cache

Mr RUAUFO1 and the mini-cacher went driving around looking for a new park to place a cache. All of a sudden, the mini-cacher says "STOP HERE!!!" and jumps out of the car and throws our magnetic nano cache towards a nearby park. At first I did not know why he chose to throw the cache in that direction, but later when I looked at the satellite imagery I realized that he was aiming for the nearby target.
Needless to say it was a long throw for the little guy. The cache ended up a little shy of the center of the target. Based on our measurements it stuck on something 94 feet and 230 degrees from the center of the bullseye.
Can you find where he threw it?
Be careful, there are eyes all around!
