The park on Plane Street Traditional Cache

A beautiful park in Avoca. Great for caching when you have small kids with you. This replaces a cache that was archived a few months ago. STEALTH REQUIRED! Please beware of the many people who use this park.
There is no need to go in or near the pickers
The difficulty used to be a 1 at the start and I have upgraded it and made it more difficult since the muggles seemed to be finding it as often as the cachers. Hint still applies and I only moved it 5 feet from original location. You do not need to leave the fenced area since I have hidden this one for the convenience of searchers with children.
Please log your DNFs so I can get a better idea of the difficulty.
