I often drive past this memorial / structure and have never visited it or seen anyone else visit it. The location seemed like an ideal place to put a cache.
Made to be a simple find with minimal hunting. Flat ground with a bench to sit and sign at.
The container is a half height jam jar and should be fairly easy to locate, see the hint for more information.
