Well, not really on the way to the waterpark.... but it is on the way to Victoria's water treatment plant. This can be retrieved off the road to the water treatment plant, or if the old baseball field is vacant you can walk through that area. Another cache to bring more cachers to Riverside Park area.
Watch for muggles and please close container on both front and back tightly to avoid moisture from getting in. Thanks!
