Dunnville's "Grand Canyon" is spot in the Marshall Memorial Forest that looks out onto the Dent Drain. OK, it's not the Grand Canyon, but it's a nice spot to rest while hiking through the forest.
Official entrance to the Marshall Memorial Forest is at the end of Gillian Drive. But much better parking (P1) can be found at the Church on Highway 3 and another trail entrance (T1) is just a short walk to the bushline at the back of the church lawn. There are numerous paths and unmarked trails throughout the forest. To get to the cache from the trail head, follow the foot trails avoiding the ATV trails, as they can be very muddy. I've provided a waypoint (PD) to a pond which is on the way. The trails have numerous foot-bridges to assist you in crossing the swampy areas that you will encounter. Cross with care.
The cache is a small lock'n'lock container. Please replace the container into it's hiding spot as you found it.
There's a toonie in the cache so FTF can have a coffee on me as well as the "Benzie" 50th Anniversary geocoin to help get things started.
You will walk past GCZVB4 on your way this cache, so be sure to grab it while you're here. Also, GC2RRMD "King Oak" is a short walk through forest.
