Free Cache Containers! Traditional Cache

There are a lot of free containers here in the bins! Bring your own pen. No trades please.
I work in the brick building out front. I work dayturn during the week, so if you are here then you can go around to the front entrance of the building and ask for me. The only muggles you have to watch for here are citizens coming to recycle. The police officers and Cyndi, the recycling lady, all know about the cache. So please DO NOT ACT SUSPICIOUS around them. I wanted to place, what I think maybe a hard find, in a place where you can relax and look. I made this a 1.5 terrain difficulty, but you may be able to get some wheelchairs around the area. I checked no dogs because our Police Service Dog Hero is exercised on the hill near this area.
