IL RIFUGIO DI GARIBA’: punto finale della “linea Gotica”
Questa cache si appaia con “Monte Folgorito – la Linea Gotica”, infatti è sulle trincee e proprio nel punto in cui la linea di fronte si scopriva verso il mare, con un panorama da mozzafiato. Lì c’è un “ piccolo rifugio” aperto a tutti ed eletto da un abitante della città sottostante a “suo paradiso” e da lui arredato per l’uso quotidiano: il “paradiso di Garibà”. Sembra che ci passi le sue giornate ma le tante volte che siamo passati di là, mai lo abbiamo incontrato !
Dopo aver trovato la cache “Monte Folgorito - la Linea Gotica”, proseguite sul sentiero. Sulla vostra sinistra avete le trincee protette da muri a secco. Dove il sentiero gira a destra, sullo spuntone, troverete il piccolo rifugio. Sopra al rifugio c’è un piccolo spiazzato, con un muretto di pietre sul lato monte. La CACHE è in fondo a questo muretto, sulla destra di un alberello, in un foro del muro stesso, coperta da alcune pietre (vedi foto).

You may look for this cache after to have found “Monte Folgorito - the Gotic Line”, being it on the same path. It is where the “line” did open to the sea, no more protected by the mount, showing an amazing landscape. There you will find a very small refuge, open to everyone. A citizen of the town has elected it to “ heaven” and equiped it for daily use : the “heaven of Garibà”. It looks like he spends all his days there but the many times we walked there, never we found him !
The cache is in the stone wall, on the right of a small tree, at the end of the small flat part above the refuge (see photos).
