Look for the big pine that has been around for a long time watching over all of the graves.
Built in 1813, this cemetery is a historical place in Sheldonville. You may notice a lot of graves saying "Sheldon;" these are descendants of Rhodes Sheldon, the man whom Sheldonville was named after. You may also notice that many of the houses in this area, especially on Hancock Street and West Street have a sign saying "Sheldon" on the front; these are homes that belonged to Rhodes Sheldon and his children.
If you take a TB, please leave one as well so we can keep this Hotel in business for other geocachers to enjoy too!
The cemetery is located on a quiet road. Please park on the side of the road and walk when in the cemetery. This cache was placed with permission from the Superintendent of Wrentham's Department of Public Works. Please be very respectful of the environment you are in while visiting. Thank you! :)
Cache is in a square plastic container. Please be aware of poison ivy nearby!
****This is my first time hiding a cache so I would love any comments or suggestions!!!****
