This cache has been placed in honor of the Dr. Thomas E. McGarity. He and his family have donated this land to be used for the people who live around the Jersey, Ga area. The park is named after William C. McGarity Sr. There is a small park and ball field and a pavillion that can be rented for birthday parties and family gatherings. The McGarity Family own and operate Buckeye's Restaurant located in this great little town. Be sure to stop by and get you some "real good" home cooked food.
The cache placed here contains a log book and can hold small TB and Geocoins as well as small tradables. I have placed both girl and boy friendly toys for the kids to trade.
You will have to use your geo-stealth here. I aroused the curiousity of the little mugglers as soon as I walked past the playground. Please put the cache in the exact same spot and cover it back up with leaves. It may not stay here long.
If you remove a TB or a Geocoin from the cache please log it and treat it with respect as it does not belong to you. People who activate TB's and Geocoins are doing it for the fun of the game. Too many of them are being taken and lost. If you cannot abide by the rules, simply DON'T take them. Thank You.
