Geocache Description:

Be careful of critters and watch your footing. The loose rocks can be slippery

The terrain on this one can be more like a 4 or 4.5 depending on the route you take. If you start from the parking area on HWY 96 @ 38 14.225, 104 43.794 then it's about a mile long, but easy, walk to the cache. If you start from the Arkansas Point Campground office on Lake Pueblo State Park then not only will you have to pay a park entrance fee of $7 but you will also face a steep and rough climb to the cache area.
