Madness has an intersection and this is it. Try if you can imagine what it would be like with out the lights.
When I first went to New York and had to drive through the city and then up north folks were frightened for me. They worried that the traffic of the city would overwhelm me. I tried to be polite and explain that I learned to drive in Bangkok at the Bangkok school of Taxi drivers and what I had seen so far was rather tame.
I love Thailand and I love the Thai people and there is no one prouder than I of the driving skills of the Thai's. I think it is a travesty that more have not been given the opportunity to race against the Formula one lot or the NASCAR lot.
Now that you have the frame of mind to venture out. There is a lovely temple called Wat Phlap Phla Chai but 50 meters from the cache as well as the larger Wat Dhepsurin or Thepsurin.
