This is a difficult, but also fun cache. As the title suggests
there are people coming and going with many destinations. When you
post your log, post a note about where you are coming and/or where
you are going.
The Lacey Intercity Transit Center can be a very busy place. Please
be sure to not be seen to you can ensure the next cacher can also
find the cache. Ok, so you may be seen because there are security
cameras, but permission has been granted so you do not need to
worry about them.
The cache has been given 2.5 difficulty due to muggle traffic, and
Terrain 1.5 because it is easily accessible.
