On a rare sunny day in early Spring, four good friends packed up the clamming and oystering gear and headed to Point Whitney. In just under two hours all the clam limits were met, oysters were shucked and plenty of daylight left. What a shame to head back home so early and miss out on all these extraordinary rays and awesome time with friends......Hey, let's hide a cache!
PARK AT END OF POINT WHITNEY ROAD
You will be crossing a rocky creek that might be running rather swiftly. Caution: Rocks are sometimes slippery with moss. We advise wearing sturdy rubber knee or calf high boots. ** Note: Please take into consideration that this hide seems to have migrated approximately 40' since placed back in 2011.
It would be best approaching this cache during a low tide, unless you are the type that would never let a little salt water get in between you and a smiley face.
Plenty of room in this container for swag and TB's. Don't forget the clamming gear!
NOTE: THIS HIDE IS UP FOR ADOPTION FOR ANYONE INTERESTED!
