This is One of the few alleys in downtown Detroit...

and it's oriented almost NE to SW

 "diagonally" on the map, hence the name.

Be stealthy... LOTS of muggles abound!

(also another reason for the name).

This may be a bit more difficult because of the

 "GPS-Bounce"  or "Spin"

that most people experience when trying to locate this hide.
