Rya kyrka byggdes från början som ett kapell. Den ritades av Gustaf Ljungman. Den 25 december 1936 hölls den första gudstjänsten. Under 1970-talet byggdes kapellet ur och fick en större kyrkosal och blev därmed en kyrka. 1975 invigdes kyrkan. Det tidigare kapellet byggdes om till ett församlingshem.

Denna kyrkan har ingen kyrkomur och inte en kyrkogård. Ta med dig en egen penna, då burken är av typ bison.
Rya kyrka was originally built as a chapel. It was designed by Gustaf Ljungman. The 25 of December 1936 the first sermon was held. During the 1970:ies the chapel was extended and got a new church room and there by became a church. The church was inaugurated in 1975. The former chapel was rebuilt into a congregation house.

This church does not have a church wall or a cemetery. Bring your own pen, since the container is of type bison.
