Geocache Description:

A nice easy cache n dash in the countryside. A good one to pick up on a cycle tour but a lot easier under power

The countryside around Fenwick and Stewarton is very pleasant and good for cycling with some good views over to Arran on the way to and from this easy to find cache. Nearby Stewarton is nice wee town if you are out for a cycle or a drive.

The road to the cache is rural but quite busy at times so keep your eyes open and if you take the car park nearby in the field access. There is room for about three cars but take care not to block the access although you will be not that far away if you need to pop back.

There are a number of caches around Stewarton so it makes a nice circuit if you are out for a cycle - a few hills though so if you are not a supercyclist make sure you have a granny gear.

Access to the cache is open but mind the fallen fence and approach from the planting side so as to avoid falling into the small ditch. Plenty of room to get off the road while you searcg and good sight lines all around.
