This cache is found within Berthusen Park and is named after my caching buddy, Nighthawk_2. He enjoys this park as much as I do and I figured I might as well give him a reason to come to the park again. The cache is located just beyond one of my old caches that I have Archived. It is a medium sized container that holds the log book and writing sticks and has room for small objects.
This cache is located in Berthusen Park. The park is one of Whatcom Counties treasures. Within the park you will find old growth stumps, tall mature trees, a forest full of them, and a historic area of days past. Sites you can see are old barns, log cabins, an old outhouse carved out of a stump, old equipment and much more (including many caches).
I have included a FTF prise, which is a handmade wood pen that I made, and I have also placed a TB that wants to visit new caches. So if you plan to put out a new cache in the near future that the TB will fit in, please take it too or leave it for someone that will.
Enjoy the park and Happy Caching! DaddyA
Congratulation goes to Bill (Nighthawk_2) for the FTF bragging rights!
