Back in November 2010, the end-of-the-semester recital for a schooling group Gamer Son is a part of was switched to the Miami Shores Community Center. Knowing we'd be going to a different area, I checked for geocaches in the area the day before and saw one very nearby before, when we drove up, I forgot my GPSr. I was pretty certain the cache was in the nearby Constitution Park that we parked next to, so we spent 20 minutes randomly searching the park for a non-existent geocache. Ha!
Flash-forward to today. We came back for another end-of-the-term recital and, THIS time, I decided to PLACE a cache there. Given how busy the nearby recreation complex tends to be and given that it's right in sight of several muggle homes, I had to find a spot that wouldn't be easily spotted by playful or residential muggles...I think I succeeded, but time will tell.
Container is a standard 35-mm film canister. Bring your own pen. Please make sure to tuck it in the same way you found it, as any other method of hiding will leave it clearly visible. Try it without the "additional hint", but, if you do get stuck, the hint should zero you right in.
