Ferry Meadows
Ferry Meadows is the 200ha (500acre) Country Park at the heart of Nene Park.
Imagine somewhere beautiful, safe and unspoilt where you can walk, cycle, play, horse-ride, ride a train, go fishing, exercise the dog, jog, push the buggy and explore endless meadows, lakes and woodland - all less than three miles from Peterborough busy city centre.
You'll find all this and more - including water sports, cafes, hard-surfaced routes for wheelchair users, a busy events and activity programme and endless opportunities for outdoor recreation.
Start your day out at the Visitor Centre and you will be able to find out everything you need to know.
Ferry Meadows is the focal point of Nene Park, and is easy to get to with excellent links to the city and surrounding countryside.
