39 Steps ? Traditional Cache

Well known spot to locals, although the number in the name might differ somewhat!
Nice walk from Portland Park, taking you from the normal circular path. Can be heavy going in the mud when wet and there are also stiles and a railway track to cross so not particularly suitable for pushchairs, although not impossible in dry conditions.
Area where cache is hidden can be prone to nettles at times.
Small cache containing several items including a child's winner medal for the first to find.
Can be approached by several different footpaths, but for parking in Portland Park take Lindleys Lane from Urban Road in Kirkby in Ashfield. The cache is then approx 20 minute walk from the car park.
