This cache was an idea of my sons. He said .. "Dad, pull-over, a perfect place to hide a cache!" He then proceeded to use stuff that he found around the site to place the cache in some urban disguise.
The cache is along a new stretch of road that connects Pflugerville to Austin, giving the Pflugervillians another route home without having to deal with 1825 (Pecan) and IH-35, in addition to 685 and SH 130.
Perfect parking spot near coordinates.
