Like the first Busy this is in a very busy location. Muggles will be a big problem. Getting this cache without being seen during the busy part of the day will be next to impossible.
This will require you to be very devious and sneaky.
Cache is a micro hidden in a unique container to blend in with the surroundings.
Please put back so that it is not obvious yet reachable without to much trouble
