It's a camouflaged container just south of the canal parking.
Really? Well there's not a lot I could say about this cache. It's pretty straight forward. Park. Walk. Find. Just that easy. Did I mention that it is Camouflaged? Like, really really camouflaged. You might get to glimpse the Camden County sanitation employees! Give a wave, they're cool.
