Geocache Description:

The cache name comes from the story by H.G. Wells, "The Island of Dr. Moreau". On the island, the good doctor preformed surgical experiments (a la Josef Mengele) on animals
to give them human physical characteristics and human speech. The survivors of these experiments referred to the building where the surgery was performed as "The House of Pain".

There is no house here, but there may be plenty of the other as the vegetation attempts to surgically alter you. Cachers should have at least one full serving of vegetation every day.

This is yet another small park with no name, and another in a long line which I had not previously visited.

The cache is a painted, plastic 24 oz. food storage container with a log, pencil, trinkets and a prize for FTF. Park on the street.

Expert cachers don't need hints, and you've proven me right at my other caches.

The tax season is a season of giving, so open your hearts and your checkbooks and give generously.
