The cache is basically at Loop 1604 and Huebner Rd. The easy way to get there and park is: East bound 1604, exit Blanco and take the turn around. West bound 1604 exit Blanco and stay on the frontage road. You will pass a construction site, at which time you can pull off the frontage road and park on the grass shoulder of 1604. Plenty of room, but if you end up on Huebner, there is no parking.
The coordinates will put you in the vicinity of a group of trees with a small electrical panel that serves the ground lights for the tower.
There is NO reason to open any of the electrical panels, the cache is NOT inside.
