An uphill walk from the carpark brings you into Moncreiffe Hill
wood along a firm path. A hill towering above the M90 trunk road.
There are many marked footpaths to explore, so take your time, and
keep a lookout for the unusual as you saunter through the
trees.
There are two main entrances to the wood, at the north and the
south. The easiest access to the trails and hillforts is along the
paths from the north. This walk takes you along the white
trail.
There are more than 14km of trails in total
along the various colour coded walks.
You
need to jump the ditch to get to this one. Please be wary of
muggles - you may be watched here.
