Moncreiffe Hill Wood is owned and managed by the Woodland Trust Scotland who are presently upgrading the area for your enjoyment. It is a major landmark just a few kilometres from Perth, offering panoramic views over the whole town.
Changes are being made to increase the 14km path network by creating new and linking existing paths; the installation of a sculpture trail; open up new view points with information boards and signposts as you make your way around. Local residents have helped in the tree planting and Woodland Trust wish to work closely with local schools to promote the wood as a place of outdoor learning.
