This is a relatively straightforward cache to find - the clue is in its name - find the item named in the title and you've found the cache, I hope!
This is the first of a number of caches that will be placed in this lovely location and is meant to be a "gateway" cache for the forthcoming series.
The location was not always quite so lovely though - this once was a coal mine situated on the Northern edge of the Carmarthenshire Anthracite coal field. As you walk around the park there are several locations where you can still see evidence of past industry - but much of this is now rapidly being subsumed by Mother Nature.
When it was decided not to opencast the site, Carmarthenshire County Council took possession of the land and along with the local group Friends of Ynys Dawela, ensure that this location is maintained as a public facility for the local community to enjoy.
Before being a coal mine, the location was part of a farm which gives the park its name. The farm buildings themselves have long since been lost to nature.
