En tidigare ägare av denna gård som i folkmun kallades Nils Pers som endast en källare finns kvar av idag, var Törnqvist. Törnqvist levde utan almanacka och tidning och en Kristi Himmelfärsdag hade han skickat barnen till skolan och körde själv gödsel. När barnen kom hem tillbaks och han fick reda på att det var helgdag, spände han genast ifrån hästen och avslutade arbetet.
This farm was in popular speech called Nils Pers, but nowadays only a cellar remains. One of the previous owners was Törnqvist. Törnqvist lived without any calendar or paper. One Ascension-Day he had sent his children to school and by himself he was driving animal dung. When the children came back home he found out that it was a feast-day. He immediately ranged the harness from the horse and finished working.
