Hartford High Traditional Cache

This cache takes you high up in the wood but the river and footpath are still close.
When I set the cache I went up high earlier on and followed a faint animal trail. There's a lot of undergrowth and low branches but that's what makes reaching the cache site such fun (well, for me at least).
Ground conditions will likely be a problem in the wet. A big problem in snow!
I was wearing wellies when I set the cache but I'd recommend footwear with more grip and support.
There are plenty of trees so signal might be problematic.
The cache is now a larger than when originally placed - about the size of a half pint glass. It should be possible to open the container without having to untie it.
