You will find this cache along the public walkway of the Promenade shopping center. There is a huge tree close to the cache which has amazingly survived right in the center of all the buildings. There are even bats hanging in the tree if you take time to look up.
Children in many countries celebrate Haloween by going trick or treating. They carry decorated paper bags and collect sweets from the houses in their suburb. (this is an important clue for you)
This is an extremely high Muggle area and there are also security guards all around. You are going to have to think carefully about how and when you try for this cache and replace it without being noticed.
If you choose to park in the parking area there is a fee of R4.00 per hour. If you get a business stamp on your parking card and are there for less than 20min, the parking is free.
