In a nice quiet little neighborhood, try your luck at this tough one.

Micro cache, well hidden. I saw this little area on a day where I was looking for another cache nearby. Please lookup "stumped" if you are in the area. It will not give you insight to this cache, but its a good one.

No hints up front, this one is supposed to be hard!
