It seems that this is not as easy as I first thought! so, I increased the difficulty from a 1 to a 2.5. It is located in a common area of a housing development (just so happens to be my housing development.) I understand that in this area it is very difficult to be stealth but keep your eyes on the mini muggles and dog walking muggles around. I added a "First to Find" pathtag to the cache for the first to the site!
Parking is allowed on both sides of the street. Watch for police sometimes camped out to catch cars not stopping completely at the stop signs.
HAVE FUN AND KEEP ON CACHING!!!!
