Go to the posted coordinates, then follow the flow. Like the elements themselves work together in harmony, for safety's sake I recommend you work with other cachers to retrieve this cache. Be careful to return the cache to its original location to keep this a 5 star difficulty.
(From my maintenance log: Finally decided to come down this way and made the trek to the cache. Found the original contraption, but enough of it was washed away or destroyed that it couldn't quickly be returned to its original state. I ended up leaving the contraption there in case anyone wants to see what it was, but the cache itself is now hidden in the OTHER place I had considered hiding it, way back when I first placed this cache. So if you find the contraption, the cache is hidden very nearby. Good luck, and have fun! )
