While checking the condition of a few of my caches after winter, I thought that it would be nice to have a cache between the city of Gilbert and Sandbox Memories. I looked for something interesting to see, but alas, I found nothing. All I could find was a beacon, therefore, Look For a beacon, one of the most common types in northern Minnesota. Make a quick grab before heading down the trail.
I am putting out a number of easy caches from Biwabik to Virginia along the Mesabi Trail. I am hoping to get more people out to enjoy the trail in whatever non-motorized way that you like to be out and about. When possible I will try to put the cache near something of interest or a wonderful vista. For parking check out the related web page.
