Firefly series - "Browncoats" Traditional Cache
The Caching Dead: This has been a great series and we've loved reading the logs of all the finders, but it's time to let it go and open up the trail for some new hides. Thanks to everyone who visited these over the years!

Firefly series - "Browncoats"

in our disclaimer.
Part of the Firefly Series on a portion of the Lake Mineral Wells State Trailway. The series runs from the Weatherford Trailhead to the Garner Trailhead, approximately 11 linear miles. Complete the series for the coordinates to a bonus cache - Serenity.
Browncoat is a term applied to the fans of Firefly, based on a nickname for the Independent Faction. In the series, Browncoats were named after the simple, brown dusters they wore as uniforms. Conversely, the Alliance's soldiers were called "Purplebellies," because of the purple-tinted body armor they wore on their chests. This cache has been placed with the consent of the staff of Lake Mineral Wells State Park and Trailway. All paperwork is on file. An entrance fee is required to enter the park and/or use the trailway. I didn't think I'd have to explicitly say this, but DO NOT cross any fences to reach the caches. They are located on a more than perfectly fine trail, and as stated above, a fee is required. Don't ruin a great thing for everyone else.
